Zarzuela This dish originates from along the Mediterranean coast. Picture yourself in a small fishing village, cooking the remains of the days catch over an open fire in a big clay pot. Fish, prawns, crab, mussels. pipis, squid and octopus simmering slowly in a rich sauce of wine, leek and tomato.
