| Paella Vegetariana | This version is made using only vegetables and vegetable stock with rice and saffron. | |
| Paella Meloso | A wet style tomato based rice dish, with pork, chorizo and chickpeas. Rich flavours of chorizo sausage and pork ribs infuse with the tomato sofrito base. |

| Paella Alicante | Paella style rice dish with green picada sauce, duck and wild mushrooms. The duck and wild mushrooms create a base flavour absorbed by the rice and enhanced by the garlic, parsley and lemon zest. |
