A subtly flavoured saffron rice dish originating from the region of Valencia. Every region in Spain has its own version of this particular dish, depending on the local produce available in the area. Game and pork products may be used in the interior regions while a variety of seafood could be used in the coastal regions.
Paella Traditional This version is made using chicken and seafood in saffron rice and is served in a traditional paella dish.
Paella de Carne An inland-style Paella with pork, lamb, chicken, and vegetables in saffron rice.
Paella Vegetariana This version is made using only vegetables and vegetable stock with rice and saffron.
Paella Meloso A wet style tomato based rice dish, with pork, chorizo and chickpeas. Rich flavours of chorizo sausage and pork ribs infuse with the tomato sofrito base.
Paella Alicante Paella style rice dish with green picada sauce, duck and wild mushrooms. The duck and wild mushrooms create a base flavour absorbed by the rice and enhanced by the garlic, parsley and lemon zest.
